Vanilla Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz. (250g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz. (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tsp. hemp seeds

What you need to do

  1. Place the Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. To serve, divide the mixture equally between 2 bowls or glasses, and top with the blueberries, sliced banana and hemp seeds.
