Mango & Peanut Butter Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. granola
  • 2 tbsp. coconut yogurt
  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 2 tsp. peanut butter
  • ¼ mango, finely sliced

What you need to do

  1. Add the granola and coconut yogurt to a small bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Spread a line of peanut butter down the center of the wrap. Arrange the mango slices on top of the peanut butter and spoon over the yogurt and granola mixture.
  3. Carefully wrap up the ingredients, folding in the sides of the wrap as you go, and slice the wrap in half.
